Riz Dean leads RW Facilitate GH with over two decades of executive experience in facilities management and security. A visionary leader, he is recognised for driving growth, operational excellence and client satisfaction through innovative, people-centred strategies.
Before founding Facilitate GH, Riz held senior leadership roles across several high-performing organisations, leading transformative initiatives that enhanced governance and service delivery. His blend of technical expertise, integrity and collaborative leadership continues to shape RW Facilitate GH’s reputation as a trusted name in facilities and security management in Ghana.
William Lutterodt
Co-founder and CEO of RW Facilitate GH
William Lutterodt behind Facilitate GH, bringing over 20 years of senior leadership in the facility management and security industry. Formerly Operations Director at TSS and Head of Operations at Mitie, William has a proven record of driving operational excellence, strengthening risk management frameworks, and delivering client-focused solutions.
A Chartered Manager with IOSH certification and multiple professional development courses in leadership, compliance, and security management, he combines technical expertise with people-centered leadership. Business Development Director
Allotey Bruce-Konuah is a creative strategist and business development lead with over 20 years of experience helping organisations strengthen their positioning, communication and operational effectiveness. His career spans roles in strategy, digital communication and project delivery, where he developed a practical, solutions-driven approach to addressing business challenges.
